    Frequently asked questions

    What is a standard page and how is the price calculated?

    A standard page is 1,800 characters including spaces of the translated text. The price depends on the number of standard pages, the language and how specialised the text is. We will send you the exact amount in a quote within 30 minutes during business hours.

    Do you need the original document?

    For a standard translation and for the quote, a scan or photo is enough. For a certified translation we need the original or an officially certified copy, which the translation is permanently bound to.

    How will I receive the finished translation?

    You download a standard translation in your customer account – we will e-mail you when it is ready. A certified translation can be collected in person, sent by post or issued electronically with an electronic certification clause.

    How do I pay?

    By bank transfer with a QR code, by card or via PayPal. You only pay after confirming the quote. Companies with a Czech company ID can pay one collective invoice per month.
